Registration

$80/Person Golf Package - Includes continental breakfast, 18 holes (best-ball scramble) and cart, several games and contests, opportunity for awards and door prizes, and buffet lunch and program

$15/Person Lunch Only - Includes buffet lunch and program

$21 of each golf registration is tax deductible to the extent allowed by the law.

Course Information: All courses are soft-spike facilities and require proper dress. Men must have collared shirts and sleeves; women may have either a collar or sleeves or both. No jeans. No carry-on food or beverages are allowed.

All registrations/sponsorships are considered a donation to the Wisconsin FFA Foundation Annual Fund in the case of poor weather conditions.
