If your vehicle is equipped with a foot activated liftgate, you can open your liftgate without using your hands. With your key fob with you, kick your foot underneath the rear bumper to the left or right of your tow hitch. Stand back as the liftgate opens. To close the liftgate, kick your foot under the bumper again, and stand back as the liftgate closes.
