Dragon Gets a Dragon | Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane

After a lengthy string of gift swapping during the annual white elephant gift exchange at Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane, Robert "Dragon" Foss was ready to open his gift. We were all completely unprepared for what was about to happen. Some may call it a coincidence, others might consider it to be nothing short of a Christmas miracle.

Meet Cynthia Hintz

Cynthia Hintz grew up between Stanley and Thorp, as the oldest of 10 children. She began working in the school system, during the summer, at the age of 12 which has contributed to the strong work ethic she has today. She now has two grown daughters, and has lived in Eau Claire for the past 35 years. Cynthia began at Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane in September of 2017 as the Special Finance Manager. She has been in sales for 30 years and has gained experience as a Finance Manager at a few different dealerships. She said, "I enjoy the interaction with new people everyday and helping them acquire the financing they need." In her free time, she enjoys riding her Heritage Softail Classic, fishing, camping, maintaining her flower garden, and most all, just enjoying time with her six grandchildren. Welcome to the team!

Meet Kate Mahlum

Kate Mahlum is from Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin and began at Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane in July of 2017. In the must-see interview with self-proclaimed "borderline world's fastest man," Adam Olmstead, it became clear that he loves what he does at the dealership. Adam began at Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane in 2015 and has nearly 15 years of experience. He feels that the knowledgeable, and experienced, staff at the dealership help to provide guests with a great experience. Meet Jeremy LeDuc

Jeremy LeDuc is from Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin and joined the team as a Sales Consultant in June of 2017. One of his favorite qualities of the dealership is the "Best Price" philosophy. He also appreciates how Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane helps each guest get into the vehicle they want, or need, rather than the vehicle we want to sell. As a Sales Consultant, Jeremy looks forward to "helping every customer find the vehicle that best suits all of their needs," while providing great customer service, and making new and lasting friendships with each guest. Outside of the dealership, Jeremy is also a DJ. He enjoys going to music festivals, and he's a huge Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers fan. Jeremy concluded by saying that he's excited to help anyone in the market with their next new or used vehicle!

Meet Joe Gilbertson

Joe Gilbertson is from Eau Claire, Wisconsin and began in the HR Department at Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane in February of 2017 as part of his HR internship for CVTC. In June of 2017,  Joe moved to the Sales Department and has been working as a Sales Consultant.

When asked about his favorite qualities of the dealership, Joe said he likes the "Friendly, upbeat environment that encourages staff to come to work each day to help our customers." He also appreciates that "each staff member wants to make our customers happy, no matter the vehicle!" In addition, he highlighted that the dealership is a "one stop shop for all things automotive. New/used vehicles, service, parts, and Quick Lane provide a total experience for our customers." Joe enjoys, "learning the automotive industry and dealership day to day operations from multiple departments to be able to grow with Eau Claire Ford Lincoln. Throughout my sales career, my personal philosophy is always about getting to know the customer and making their experience a positive one!"

In his free time, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, 1-year-old son, and other family and friends. His other interests include, fishing (year round), BBQ, sports (football, baseball, and hockey), the Packers, the Cubs, the Twins, the Minnesota Wild, the Badgers, the EC Express, and going to concerts. Joe also added that his nickname is "Gilby," he currently drives a leased 2015 Ford F-150 from Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane, his favorite Ford vehicles are Mustang's and F-150's, he has a dog named "Mumford," and he can smoke some of the best baby back ribs in the Chippewa Valley!

Meet Kris Neilson

Kris Neilson began at Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane as a Sales Consultant in May of 2017. Kris was born in Canada, and grew up primarily in Northern Indiana. She lived in Madison for 20 years, Wausau for a brief time, and Eau Claire since August of 2016. When asked what her favorite qualities of the dealership are, she said, "Everyone is friendly and helpful" and she likes the philosophy of "doing what's best, and right, for the customer." Kris also said, "I look forward to meeting people and helping them make their vehicle buying decision!" In her free time, she enjoys running, biking, swimming, paddle-boarding, fishing, hunting, writing articles and stories about outdoor adventures, cooking, running races, snowshoeing, hiking, traveling, volunteering, and just about anything that keeps her outdoors! Kris also noted that she recently completed her first marathon, and will be doing her first triathlon this year. She also used to own and operate her own musky lure company, and she's "the proud 'mom' of a handsome Golden Retriever/German Shepard mix" named Harry. Welcome to the team Kris!

Meet Brady Rassbach

Brady Rassbach is from Glenwood City, Wisconsin and has lived in Menomonie since 2008. He began at Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane in April of 2017, and enjoys the friendly atmosphere of the dealership. As a Sales Consultant, Brady enjoys learning about all the new vehicles. Outside of the dealership, Brady enjoys basketball, football, volleyball at the lake, and bean bags. In his free time, he also enjoys going up north, playing videos games, and playing with his kids and 100-pound yellow lab.

Josh Rabska in Cave Run Lake, Kentucky | 2017 Professional Musky Tournament Trail

Senior Master Technician, Josh Rabska recently made the annual trip to Kentucky for the Professional Musky Tournament Trail. The two day tournament brought 110 teams to Cave Run Lake for the first qualifier of the 2017 tournament trail. Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane was the proud truck sponsor for the team along with other team sponsors including Rabska Musky Lures. The next stop is Eagle River, Wisconsin.
