The 20th Annual Breakfast in the Valley, organized by the Breakfast in the Valley Committee of the Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce, is coming to the Eau Claire County Exposition Center on Friday, June 10, 2016 from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Over 300 Eau Claire Chamber volunteers will serve over 3,000 people at this annual local event to highlight the importance of agriculture. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs with ham, cheese, mushrooms, and onions, muffins, sliced cheeses, cheese curds, bananas, coffee, milk, juice, and custard with corn flakes and strawberries for dessert. The event will also feature agricultural, tractor, and business displays, a petting zoo, and a local celebrity milk drinking contest.
