The Menomonie Polar Plunge is coming to Wakanda Park on Saturday, February 11, 2017. Just like the 262 bold participants last year, you'll have the chance to take the plunge into ice-cold water to benefit 1,000 local Special Olympics athletes. With over $57,000 raised at the Menomonie Polar Plunge last year, this event is a great benefit for Special Olympics Wisconsin. In addition to plunging, there will be food, music, bonfires, prizes, and more!

Meet Naomi Gesler

Naomi Gesler was born and raised in Hubbard, Oregon and has lived in Bloomer, Wisconsin since 2000. Naomi joined the service team as a Service Advisor at Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane in November of 2016. When asked what her favorite quality of the dealership is, she said, "The staff! Everyone is outgoing and willing to help each other out." She also mentioned that it's a very positive environment. In her free time, Naomi likes being outdoors. She enjoys camping, four-wheeling, fishing, and hunting. During the summer, she loves spending time with her five kids at the beach, and during the winter she's on the Bloomer Archery League.

Meet Mark "Sippy" Sippel

Mark Sippel, also known as "Sippy," was born, and raised "by great parents," in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and graduated from Eau Claire Memorial and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He began working as a Sales Consultant at Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane in September of 2016. Whether it's customers or coworkers, the people are what Sippy enjoys most about his job. When asked what sets Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane apart as a dealership, he explained that the people, the facility, and the philosophy of doing everything possible to make the vehicle buying experience enjoyable for each guest, are all important qualities. As a Sales Consultant, Sippy said he has a strong ability to empathize with people, which helps to set him apart. His favorite vehicle on the lot is the Ford F-150. How to Turn Heated Steering Wheel On/Off on a 2017 Ford F-150 Lariat
