The annual Trick-or-Treat in Downtown Eau Claire is on Monday, October 31st from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Businesses will be handing out treats along Water Street, West Grand Avenue, Graham Avenue, North and South Barstow Street, North and South Farwell Street, and the Phoenix Park area. Enjoy a fun afternoon of costumes and treats at this family-friendly trick or treating event in Downtown Eau Claire.
