On occasion, you may find that your steering wheel is stuck, and your key won't turn. This can be fixed in 2 easy steps. The wheel should be able to turn slightly to one side.
First, grab the wheel with one hand and turn in the direction that it moves.
Next, with your other hand, turn the key forward.
The steering wheel is now unlocked and your vehicle is ready to drive.
