The inaugural Safety Day event presented by Castle Insurance and Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane was a great time for all ages. Safety Day 2016 was held at Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane on November 5, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This fun and educational event was organized to give families the opportunity to learn expert-recommended safety tips from the Eau Claire County Sheriff's Department, Eau Claire County Regional SWAT Unit, State Patrol, Eau Claire Fire Rescue, Stucky Chiropractic, and more. Thank you to everyone that helped make it a fun-filled day!

Hooray Award with Keena Lindberg

Keena Lindberg is the latest Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador to receive the Hooray Award! The Hooray Award is given to Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors that have recently had something exciting happen in there lives. In this case, Keena got married! Keena has been an Ambassador for about a year. As an Ambassador she's involved with ribbon cuttings, ground breaking ceremonies, Business After Hours events, recruiting, soliciting ideas, networking, and other activities to benefit the Eau Claire business community. When asked what she had to say about her recent award, she simply said, "Hooray!"

9th Annual Festival Foods Turkey Trot 2016 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin

The Festival Foods Turkey Trot is coming to Eau Claire on Thursday, November 24, 2016. The event is open to all ages and abilities and will feature a timed 5-mile run and an untimed 2-mile walk. There will even be a 2-mile Dog Jog! The event benefits the Boys and Girls Club and YMCA in the communities that Festival Food serves. Start your Thanksgiving day with a family-friendly run, or walk, through Eau Claire at this event for a great cause!

How to Use Auto Start-Stop on a 2017 Ford F-150 Lariat

Vehicles like the 2017 Ford F-150 Lariat can come equipped with Auto Start-Stop technology to reduce your emissions and fuel consumption. When you press the brake pedal and stop the vehicle, the engine will automatically shut off when it's able. The green Auto Start-Stop light on the instrument cluster will be on when the engine is off, and your radio, climate control settings, and lights will continue to function normally. When you take your foot off the brake pedal, the vehicle will start automatically without delay. To disable the Auto Start-Stop feature, simply press the Off button located above the touch screen.

Castle Insurance and Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane present Safety Day, a fun and educational event for families to learn some great expert-recommended safety practices! Safety Day will be held at Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane on November 5th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The event will include a visit by the fire department, State Patrol, and Eau Claire County Sheriff Department. Upon availability, guests will have the chance to check out a fire truck, an ambulance, a Sheriff's car, and the SWAT Unit. There will be a seat belt simulator, a seat belt safety check, child identification kits, smoke detector battery giveaways, food, beverages, other fun giveaways, prizes, and more.
