Meet McKayla Zoromski

McKayla Zoromski grew up and went to school in Thorp, Wisconsin. She later moved to Eau Claire to attend the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where she earned a Bachelors degree in Marketing and a certificate in Business Communication. Now, McKayla is working in the Business Development Center at Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane and began in December of 2016. She said, "Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. It's been great getting to know everyone!" In her free time McKayla enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Roxy. She also enjoys playing piano, crafting, doing house projects, and traveling. She concluded by saying, "I'm looking forward to helping better serve our customers, and getting to know everyone a little better!" Welcome to the team, McKayla!

Yesterday, the team at Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane enjoyed the annual employee holiday party. The white elephant gift exchange kicked off the party with some great gifts and a lot of laughs. How to Display a Boost Gauge on a 2017 Ford F-150

To switch the transmission temperature gauge to a turbo boost gauge, use the arrow buttons on your steering wheel to navigate the productivity screen.

1. Arrow right to "Truck Info."
2. Arrow to "Gauge Selection" and press "OK." 
3. Arrow to "Gauge View" and press "OK." 
4. Arrow up to "Turbo Boost" and press OK. 

Once selected, a turbo boost gauge will appear on the top right of the productivity screen.

Meet Rick Mohr

Rick Mohr, the Owner of Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane, purchased the dealership on January 3rd of 2004. Prior to owning the Ford dealership in Eau Claire, Rick was a Co-General Manager over five dealerships in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He said, "We had 52 Sales Consultants with Ford, Saturn, Pontiac, Cadillac, and two used car dealerships." Now, as the owner of Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane, Rick said the dealership sets itself apart because, "We are a customer-focused, high-volume dealership, with a one-price, no-haggle philosophy." When asked what his favorite vehicle on the lot is, he gave an answer reminiscent of Henry Ford, and said, "I like all of the black ones!" In his free time, Rick enjoys golfing with friends and boating with his wife.

How to Use Approach Detection with Welcome Mat on a 2017 Lincoln MKC

5th Annual Clearwater Winter Parade & Event in Eau Claire, Wisconsin

The 5th Annual Clearwater Winter Parade is coming to Eau Claire on Saturday, December 17th at 5:00 PM. Fireworks will begin the parade as a variety of floats and displays make their down West Grand Avenue and 1st Avenue. After the parade, activities including, figure skating exhibitions, ice bowling, open dodgeball, open broom ball, fire twirlers, visiting with Santa and Mrs. Claus, s'mores, fire pits, sled dogs, horse-drawn trail rides, concessions, kids activities and more, will be taking place at Hobbs Ice Center from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Vehicles like the 2017 Lincoln MKZ can come equipped with Ambient Lighting. To change the color of the lighting, first, press the settings icon on your touchscreen. Find and press the ambient lighting icon. The ambient lighting color options will appear on the screen. To select a color, tap it and the lighting will change.

Meet Dennis Ogren Part 2

Dennis Ogren is a Sales Consultant at Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane and began in March of 2016. One of the things that Dennis truly enjoys about his job is working with people. He said, "I love working with people, especially in a consultive capacity, as opposed to needing to sell them something that benefits me." Dennis is also appreciative of the owners', Rick and Sherry, consideration for the health of the employees, faith, and extensive involvement in the community. Dennis said that one thing that sets Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane apart is, "The overwhelming concern for customer satisfaction as well as the concern for employees."

Dennis has experienced many miles in the seats of Ford and Lincoln vehicles. He's had 36 years of driving 17 different Ford products over a million miles, then 22 years of driving 9 Lincoln's over 1.3 million miles. On top of that, he's had over 50 years of sales experience in several industries. When asked what his favorite vehicle on the lot is, he said, "The Lincoln Navigator because it provides the size, weight, ride, and towing capacity I am used to in my 8 Lincoln Town Cars."

In his free time, Dennis enjoys spending time with his family. Whether it's camping trips, holidays, birthdays, or seeing them adopt and carry on family traditions, Dennis enjoys the time with his family. He also enjoys traveling when he has the opportunity. He also mentioned, "My travels have provided me the opportunity to visit 47 states and 17 countries. Each of my 3 daughters and 3 granddaughters have traveled anywhere they wanted to visit in the world for 10 days. Next year is my grandson's turn to visit Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, and Japan."

2016 Run Santa Run 5K in Eau Claire, Wisconsin

The 2016 Run Santa Run 5K is coming to Carson Park on December 4, 2016! Participants can run as Santa, an elf, a reindeer, or a North Pole Snowman! Registration includes a red shirt and Santa hat if you're running as Santa, a green shirt and elf hat if you're running as one of Santa's elves, a brown shirt and reindeer antlers if you're running as a Reindeer, or a blue shirt and hat if you're running as a Snowman. The race is untimed, and awards will be given to the first Santa, Elf, Reindeer, or Snowman to complete the race. Three special stations will be providing holiday cheer with Christmas music and treats along with course, and participants can enjoy hot chocolate at the finish line. Mark your calendar and bring your holiday sprit to this wintertime run through Eau Claire!

How to Use the Twin-Panel Moonroof on a 2017 Ford F-150 Lariat

Vehicles like the 2017 Ford F-150 can come equipped with a large twin panel moonroof.

Open the Sunshade: Press the open sunshade button located on the right side of the overhead console. The sunshade will open part of the way. Press the button again to open it completely. It can be closed by pressing the close sunshade button.

Vent the Roof: With the sunshade open, press the button with the car icon located in the center of the overhead console. To close the vented roof, press the close button with the arrow pointing toward the front of the vehicle.

Open the Moonroof: Press the open button with the arrow pointing toward the back of the vehicle.
The glass will open most of the way. Press the button again to open it completely. To close it, press the close button with the arrow pointing toward the front of the vehicle.

Meet Alec Popp

Alec Popp is from Cornell, Wisconsin and recently joined the team as a Sales Consultant in November of 2016.
